DESIGN FEATURES: Moflo® Ridge vent is a sectional, shingle over ridge vent specially designed to extract heat and moisture out of the attic. For the ultimate protection from heat and moisture, offers the maximum ventilation - 18 square inches of net free area per linear foot. External baffles and internal "sine-wave" shaped baffles prevent wind-driven rain and snow infiltration. Moflo® Ridge Vent features embossed nail lines for correct nail placement and an embossed center line for proper alignment on the ridge. Each section also contains integrated end plugs located every foot to reduce scrap.
COMPOSITION & MATERIAL: Injection-molded polypropylene modified for impact resistance and UV resistance.

NOTE: Must be used with an equal or greater amount of soffit ventilation per linear foot. Installs on pitches 3/12 to 16/12. Use with standard 12" wide cap shingles. Use 2-1/2" nails to assure penetration into the sheathing 3/4" or completely through the sheathing.
