Takeoffs are normally 7-14 Business days. First Come, First Serve. If this sheet is not received upon takeoff submittal you will be put into the end of the queue until we receive the required information for a proper takeoff. For Panel takeoffs we require horizontal and vertical breaks to be designated (Panel Schedule). We will let you know if this is missing.
Takeoffs are PER ORDER, if you believe your project will have design changes down the line we ask that you wait to submit your project to us until it is FINALIZED as we do not do returns. It is also important to have all information set in stone before submitting estimates as this is not a preliminary design process. We cannot design the project for you.

Once a takeoff is completed you will need to get pricing separately. If you have an account with us please follow up with Sales@Tamlyn.com. If not, all other inquiries will need to order from a lumber yard/distribution of chain of choice. You can find local retailers with our website finder.
